She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank V. Roy and Bernice Roy (Suchocki); and her brothers, Thomas Roy and Donald "Cookie" Roy. She is survived by: her sons, David M. Omatick Jr. (Lori) of Connellsville, Douglas M. Omatick (Jody Edmiston) of Keene, NH and D. Matthew Omatick (Michaela) of York, PA; her grandchildren, Brianne Roth (Phil) of Baltimore, MD, Gabrielle Omatick (Lucas Buseck) of Chicago, IL, Mayson Smith (Tyler) of Camp Hill, PA, MaKenna Schmidt of York, PA and Dalton Omatick of York, PA; her brother Robert Roy (Ruth Ann) of Connellsville; her sister-in-law Connie Roy of Connellsville; and her close friend Mary Dreliszak. She is also survived by her family and friends.
