She was predeceased by: her father Henry "Duke" Shaffer; her grandmother Bessy Shaffer (Miller); and her sister-in-law Mary Jean "Jeanie" Shaffer (Jeffrey). She is survived by: her mother Marylou Shaffer; her children, Jamie Pugh (David) and Brandon Diehl (Jenn); her grandchildren, Keagan Pugh, Rachel Diehl and Grayson Pugh; and her brothers, Donald Shaffer (Brenda), Jeffrey Shaffer, Brian Shaffer and Clint Shaffer (Becky). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and her dog.
