He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack W. Felgar and Helen M. Felgar (Smouse). He is survived by: his siblings, Linda L. Blackburn (Barry) of Scottdale and Daryl P. Felgar (Muzet) of Waynesboro; his nephews, Holden Felgar (Nikki) and Grayson Felgar; and his great-nieces, Elaina and Madeline.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Wesley Chapel Church.
