He was predeceased by: his parents, David E., Sr. and JoAnn F. Harbaugh (Seymore); and his brother Barrie Harbaugh. He is survived by: his wife Mary J. Harbaugh (Horchak); his children, Tina Harbaugh and David E. Harbaugh, III (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jenna Baird and David E. Harbaugh, IV; his great grandchild Julien Mull; his brother Kenneth M. Harbaugh; his aunt Joanne Romanoff; and his nieces, Kristie and Brandi.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leo M. Bacha Funeral Home, Inc. (516 Stanton St, Greensburg, PA 15601).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
