She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Ometz and Elizabeth Ometz; her father-in-law Edward Bilik; her husband Terrance Lee "Terry" Madarish; and her son Terrance Lewis "Terry" Madarish.
She is survived by: her siblings, Louise Cigich (Edward) and Lewis Ometz (Charlotte); her nieces, Terri and Tammy Ometz; her nephew Lewis Ometz; her great-niece Randi; and her mother-in-law Marcella Bilik.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kepple Graft Funeral Home (524 N Main St, Greensburg, PA 15601). A Mass was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral (300 S Main St, Greensburg, PA 15601).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Association http://www.mymsaa.org.
