She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard'Bud' and Betty' Smith (Donahue); her husband Arthur Kegler; her daughter-in-law Elana Giesey; and her sister Karen Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Stoken (Gregory), Travis Giesey and Deborah Noel (Patrick); her grandchildren, Cody Stoken (Raven), Kyle Giesey, Claudia Giesey, Justin Taylor and Hailey Taylor; her great grandchild Daisy Giesey; and her siblings, Richard Smith (Michelle) and Carole Kushner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
