She is survived by: her daughter Brooklyn M. Best; her father John K. Best; her mother-in-law Nancy; her brother Jason Edward Best (Sheena); and her stepbrothers, Jason Miles and Josh Miles. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many good friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Westmoreland County Blind Association, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, or the Humane Society of Westmoreland County.
