He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. McCormick and Janet M. Stech McCormick. He is survived by: his nephew John Petrisek of Bentleyville, PA; his niece Janet Reed of Charleroi, PA; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ali, Owen, Drew Petrisek, Katie and Kellie Reed; and his sisters, Kathleen "Kam" Sherich and Kelly McCormick.
