She was predeceased by: her father William E. Bellis. She is survived by: her mother Sharon L. Smith (Wilson) of Greensboro; her husband Donald Lee Smotzer; her children, Tyler Scott Holbert of Greensboro, Brandon William Smotzer of Greensboro and Bethany Lenee Fordyce (Heath) of Prosperity; her grandchildren, Lynlee Jane Fordyce and Preslee Kay Fordyce; and her siblings, William "Bill" Bellis (Chris) of Dilliner, Michael S. Marshall of Greensboro, Joseph, James Bellis, Bobbi Antill (JR) of Greensboro and Crystal Conard of Carmichaels. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
