He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Caldwell and Julia Caldwell (Namet). He is survived by: his children, Joey of Waynesburg, Dan Rose of Waynesburg, Chad of Waynesburg and Nikki Caldwell of Waynesburg; his grandchildren, Alexis Rose (Zach Alleman), Gabrielle Piper (Shane), Lauren Rose, Elan, Jovie and Hannah Caldwell; his great grandchild Renly Jo Piper; and his siblings, Charles Caldwell of Bobtown, Daniel Caldwell (Marilyn) of Mapletown, Cathy Anderson of Bobtown and Pam DelVerne of Brownsville.
