He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Wayne and Opal M. Tanner (Jones). He is survived by: his nephew Jeff Mann of Carmichaels; his brother-in-law Charles H. Mann of Carmichaels; and his sister Judith Tanner Mann.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Mapletown United Methodist Church.
