It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Eugene Phillips (Greensboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 12, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tilden Phillips and Virginia Phillips (Fullem); his wife Kathy Phillips (Demaske); his children, Christine Phillips (Paul Powell) of Fairmont, Kimberly of Fairmont, Ricky Ferrell of Fairmont, Charlie Brown of Fairmont, Shelly Phillips of Fairmont, Jessica, Josh Hall of Greensboro, John and Anna Phillips of Chagrin Falls, Ohio; his siblings, Gary (Karen Phillips) of Fairmont, Richard Phillips of Fairmont and Sharon (Frank Cosco) of Monongah, W. V; his daughter Tina Shaffer; and his grandson Charlie Dale.
