She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Henry and Clara Henry (Inks); her husband Vincent Zosack; and her siblings, Doris M. Bonczek and Donald E. Henry.

She is survived by: her niece Janet Ertle (William) of Millsboro, DE; and her nephew Glenn Bonczek (Cookie) of Liberty Borough.
