He was predeceased by: his father Wilbur Chalfant. He is survived by: his mother Norma Chalfant (Harcleroad) of Jefferson Hills; his wife Dianne Chalfant (Kukulka); and his sister Cindy Villella (John) of Eighty-Four, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
