He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara L. "Babs" Campbell (Johnston); and his brother Kirk "Bubba" Campbell. He is survived by: his father Edward J. Campbell (Peggy) of Florida; his wife Kimberley Susannah Campbell (Denney); his daughter Emma Susannah Campbell of Greenock; and his siblings, Edward J. Campbell, Jr. (Bette Rae) of Greenock and Wendy (Mark Castor) of Finleyville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
