He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene McGinty and Mary McGinty (Stuckey); and his wife Donna Mae McGinty (Hunphreys). He is survived by: his niece Michele Heinichen (Jeffrey); his nephew Michael Johnson (Heather) of Greenock; his great-niece Nicole Heinichen; and his great-nephews, Jeffrey, Matthew Heinichen, Brandon and Tyler Johnson.
