He is survived by: his spouse Laura Adamek (Michalek); his children, Karyn, Muse of West Homestead, Jon Adamek of Allison Park, Wendy Kreitz (Eugene) of Sinking Springs, PA, Leslie Adamek of North Versailles and Alexa Foster (Kevin) of Sewickley; his grandchildren, Josh Adamek (Christine), Jordan Kreitz, Kearsten Kreitz, Jared Ohls, Abbey Foster and Jack Foster; and his great grandchildren, Arthur Edmund, Sarah Jane Adamek and Adam Kreitz.
