He was predeceased by: his wife Edna R. Fabrika Owens; his parents, Ivor J. Owens and Mary J. Klocek Owens; and his daughter Judith Keiper. He is survived by: his children, Gary Owens of Homestead, FL, Robert Owens and Suzanne Owens Cordaro; his grandchildren, Jason Cordaro of Scranton, PA and Toni; his great grandchild Gracie Elosser; his sisters, Margaret Owens Cavanaugh of Dalton, PA and Kathryn Owens; his nephews, Timothy Cavanaugh of Dillsburg, PA and Matthew Cavanaugh; and his niece Lee Ann Cavanaugh Arnold of Madison.
