He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J. Fortuner, and Margaret Tusko Fortuner, Sr.; and his sister Marion Williams. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Edwards; his children, P. J. Fortuner (Mary Beth), Kimberly and Lisa Fortuner; his granddaughters, Lizzy and Elena Fortuner; and his siblings, Albert Fortuner, Jr. (Joan) and Elaine Wanat (Frank) of Greenfield Twp. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to the Greenfield Twp.
