He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maciejewski and Anastasia Washeleski Maciejewski; and his sister Cynthia Maciejewski. He is survived by: his children, John Bean (Melissa Lopatofsky) and Jennifer Kugler (Douglas); his grandchildren, Bennett and Hannah Kugler; and his siblings, John Maciejewski (Anita), Joseph Maciejewski (Sandra) and Anastasia Pascoe (Clem). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Greenfield Twp.
