He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Touw Verbrugge; his parents, Marinus "Martin" Verbrugge and Lyntje VanGameren Verbrugge; and his siblings, James Verbrugge and Gertrude Muse.
He is survived by: his daughter Eleen Jamison (Al) of Greenfield Township, PA; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Verbrugge. He is also survived by four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
