It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmel A. Casper of Greenfield Township, Pennsylvania, born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 23, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Walter F. Casper; her parents, James Craparo and Theresa Craparo (Cerra); her sisters, Josephine Dougher (Craparo) and Mary Louise Villano (Craparo); and her grandson Elijah Joseph Casper.

She is survived by: her son Atty.
