He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J. Fortuner, and Margaret Tusko Fortuner, Sr.; and his siblings, Paul Fortuner, Sr. and Marion Williams. He is survived by: his wife Joan Marie Cerra; his children, Alan Fortuner, Sr. (Marnell) and Lori Zeshonski (Michael); his grandchildren, Michael Zeshonski (Kari), J. Fortuner and Avery Fortuner; his great grandchildren, Lydia and Lainey; his sister Elaine Wanat (Frank); and his sister-in-law Crystal Fortuner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (15 Fallbrook St, Carbondale, PA 18407). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at the Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery (412 PA-106, Greenfield Township, PA 18407).
