He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hice and Anna Sellers Heacox. He is survived by: his wife Betty M. Rice Heacox; and his children, William C. Heacox, Jr. (Linda), Thomas E. Heacox (Chun), Ronald L. Heacox, Anita F. Schooley and Rita J. Bingaman (Rick). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great-grandson.
