He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Louis and Elsie Marie Hayes (Wagner); and his sisters, Carol Wright and Mary Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Chris Blume (Mike), Melissa Hayes of Tucker, GA, Lisa Reed of Fayetteville, PA, Jenine Gipe of Hagerstown, MD, Lisa Baldowski (Harrell, Knoxville) and Janet Cox (Byron) of McKinney, TX; his grandchildren, Nicholas Blume of Augusta, GA, Patrick Blume (van), Matthew Blume (Allie), Angela Miller (Joseph, Clear Spring, MD), Brandon Keefer Buxton, Cody Baldowski, Zachary Baldowski of Knoxville, TN, Katie Cox of McKinney, TX and Carly Cox; his great grandchildren, Charles Blume, Andrew Miller, Hunter Miller, Tanner Miller, Matthew Miller and Jeremy Keefer; and his pet Boomer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
