He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel E. Haugh and Helen L. Haugh (Stouffer); his granddaughter Leisha Eck; and his siblings, Joyes Bowman, Philip Haugh and Ronald Haugh.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly A. Haugh (Lenharr); his daughters, Shelva Eck (Jim) of Mont Alto, PA and Cynthia Clevenger (Terry) of Chambersburg; his grandchildren, Chanda Thompson, Terry Clevenger, Jr., James Eck, Jr. and Justin Clevenger; and his siblings, Odessa Statler of Waynesboro, Clinton Haugh of Waynesboro and Molisa Haugh of Waynesboro. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
