It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Victoria Ann Spence (Greencastle, Pennsylvania), born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on February 10, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Weaver and Ann Weaver (Tedrick); and her grandson Stephen Jenkins. She is survived by: her husband Noel Spence; her daughter Tammy Rider (Eric) of Hagerstown, MD; her stepsons, Robert N. Spence Jr. (Robin) of Greencastle, PA and William P. Spence of Baltimore, MD; her brothers, Robert Weaver of Williamsport, MD and Ted Weaver of Falling Waters, WV; her granddaughter Jessica Green of Funkstown, MD; and her stepgranddaughters, Meghan MacLauchlan of Jenkintown, PA, Emily Baker of State Line, PA, Hanna Spence of Pagoda Springs, CO and Emma Spence of Baltimore, MD. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
