He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Poper Sr. and Lottie Mae Poper (Williams); and his siblings, Debra I. Kramer and Dennis E. Poper. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Kaye Wood-Poper; his sons, Keith D. Poper (Angelica) of Waynesboro, PA and Scott B. Poper (Holly) of Greencastle, PA; his stepdaughters, Michelle Smith of Greencastle, PA and Jeannie Smith (Tony) of Hagerstown, MD; his grandchildren, Brandon Poper, Ashton Barnhart, Riley Smith, Jasmine Poper, Mohammed Alsakka and Yueseff Alsakka; and his siblings, Denise M. Douglas (Charles) of Chambersburg, PA, Gary W. Poper (Connie) of Raleigh, NC, G. Henry Poper Jr. (Pat) of Greencastle, Jack C. Poper (Cindy) of Greencastle, David R. Poper of Greencastle and Lester L. Poper (Tina) of Greencastle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
