She was predeceased by: her parents, Dexter Alfred and Dorothy Josephine Evans (Gentry). She is survived by: her children, Anthony L. Blair (Carol) of Lititz, PA, Pamela Blair Hoffeditz (Daryl) of Fayetteville, PA and Angela M. Grove (David) of Maugansville, MD; her grandchildren, Rachel Hubbs (Zach), Alia Husmann (Josh), Andrew Grove, Victoria Jensen (Keven), Cameron Grove and Elizabeth Hoffeditz; her great grandchild Gracelyn Jensen; and her siblings, Linda Seeley of Lynchburg, VA, Dennis Evans (Kay) of Tipton, PA and Dorothy Fulks (Charles) of Falling Waters, WV. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
