She was predeceased by: her fathers, Edward C. Gaines and William R. Leyh; and her grandmother Gwen. She is survived by: her siblings, Brandon G. Leyh of Greencastle, PA and Ashleigh Hill (Ricky) of Inwood, WV; her grandmothers, Mary Leyh and Carol Clevenger; and her nephews, Gabriel William Gerhold-Leyh and Rick M. Hill III. She is also survived by her aunts and uncle.
