He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Hummer and Louise Hummer (Benchoff); and his siblings, Ronald, Thomas Hummer, Beverly, Sarah and Sharon.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hummer (Miller); his children, Robert Hummer, Jr. (Erin) of Shippensburg, PA, Todd Hummer (Heather) of Chambersburg, PA and Crystal Kirby (Brad) of Shippensburg, PA; his stepchildren, David Miller (Carrie), Wayne Miller (Janelle) and Sara Eccard (Dwight) of St. Thomas, PA; and his brother Larry Hummer. He is also survived by six grandchildren; fifteen step-grandchildren.
