He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Knight and Charles Franklin "Bud" Kretzer; and his siblings, Linda Lewis, Theresa Tate, Larry Kretzer and Frank Kretzer.
He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Kretzer, Jr. (Lori), Ace Kretzer and Wayne Warner; and his siblings, Marlene Barger of Hagerstown, MD, Donna Smith of Baltimore, MD, Eugene Kretzer (Peggy) of Needmore, PA, William Smith of Fairplay, MD and Charles Kretzer of Mountain Lock, MD. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
