He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Y. Fisher, Sr. and Emma K. Fisher (Wilson); his daughter Cynthia Lou Dreyer; and his siblings, Carl, Jim, Ronald, Fred and Miriam Angel.

He is survived by: his wife Ethel; his grandchildren, Shawna M. Locke (Michael Locke) and David A. Dreyer (Abby Dreyer) of Greencastle, PA; and his great grandchildren, Margaret M. Locke, Brody D. Dreyer and Owen P. McBrien. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace United Church of Christ, 128 E. Baltimore, St., Greencastle, PA 17225 or to the charity of your choice.
