He was predeceased by: his parents, George Harold Miller and Mabel Miller Cosey (Miller) of Virginia; his wife Judy Margaret Yeager; his son-in-law Ricky Shultz, Sr.; and his siblings, Robert Miller and Bonnie J. Showalter.
He is survived by: his children, ReTina Shultz of Fayetteville, PA and Richard H. Miller, Jr. of Mercersburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Steve Miller, Ricky Shultz, Jr., Richard Miller, III, Cody Fields and Ivy Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
