He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Bingaman and Hazel Bingaman (Carbaugh); his son Chester Bingaman; and his grandson Richard Bingaman, III. He is survived by: his wife Beverly A. Bingaman (Kirkpatrick); and his children, Richard Bingaman, Jr. (Penny), Rose Thurber, Beverly Stoner, Ronald Bingaman (Janice), Allen Bingaman (Ann), Betty Bingaman (Bob Henicle), Billy Bingaman and Bobby Bingaman. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, two step-grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two sisters; one brother; and a number of nieces and nephews.
