He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Foust and Freda Foust (Frye); his wife Patricia O'Hara Foust; his daughter Robin Foust; and his siblings, Alice Cook, Ethel Figard, LaRue Price, George and John Roy Foust.
He is survived by: his children, Richard E. Foust (Darlene) of Carmen, Idaho, Sue Kuhn (Ike) of Southport, NC, Sally Burkholder (Darryl) of Chambersburg, PA and Sharon Malone (Thad) of Carlisle, PA; his grandchildren, Eric Kuhn (Shannon), Kayla Gartrell (David), Anna Messick (Allen), John Malone, Robin Foust, Joseph Malone and Lily Malone; and his siblings, Shirley Deyarmin of Windber, Francis Harclerode of Windber, Mary Manges of Johnstown, PA, Edward Foust of Smithsburg, MD and Robert Foust of Greencastle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
