It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Baldner (Greencastle, Pennsylvania), born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 22, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edgar Burkholder and L. Alice Burkholder (Foust); her husband Kenneth Lee Baldner; her children, Tammy Sue Baldner of Chambersburg, Karen Ann and Kevin Lee Baldner of Jacksonville, FL.; her grandson Derek Richard McCardell of Greencastle, PA.; and her siblings, Wilma Carbaugh (Bruce) of Chambersburg and Wayne E. Burkholder (Carol) of Chambersburg.
