She is survived by: her husband Dale "Doc" Layton; her sons, Jamie Boward (Sarah) of Chambersburg, PA and Ricky Boward (Ashleigh) of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren, Ryder, Nora, Emma, Britton and Camden Boward; and her siblings, Stephen L. Comer (Marsha), Barbara L. Hafer (Jeff), Cheryl A. Smith (Jeff) and Chip G. Comer (Paula Dassing).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in her name to the Mercy House, 730 Norland Ave., Chambersburg, PA 17201.
