It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Melvin Shindledecker (Greencastle, Pennsylvania), born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 3, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Glenn Kline; and also Thomas Shindledecker. He is survived by: his son Josephine Shindledecker (Woodring) of Greencastle, PA; his wife Patricia A. Shindledecker (Kauffman); his children, Jamie L. Shindledecker (Tess) of Waynesboro, Jennifer S. Riley of Mont Alto, PA and Jason D. Shindledecker (Brandie) of Waynesboro; his stepdaughters, Glenda Shultz of Waynesboro and Kelly Neal (Todd) of Waynesboro; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Trey, Destiny, Brittany Shindledecker, Ashley Riley and Sabrina Riley; his stepgrandchildren, Cory Fuss, Sky Harrison and Julianna Shultz; and his sister Sandra Zentmyer (Steve) of Waynesboro. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
