She was predeceased by: her parents, Emanuel Webb and Nellie McFadden (Keefer); her husband Richard E. Johnson; her children, Gary W. Johnson and Vicki A. Johnson; and her siblings, Helen R. McFadden, Geraldine Perkins, Edgar McFadden, Merle McFadden and Earl McFadden.

She is survived by: her son Richard L. Johnson of Greencastle; and her grandsons, Dwayne Johnson, Gregory Johnson and Corey Johnson. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
