With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lori R. (Stottlemyer) Akers of Greencastle, Pennsylvania, born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 21, 2022 at the age of 48. She is survived by: her parents, Larry R. Stottlemyer and Noreen K. Stottlemyer (Pentz) of Waynesboro, PA.; her husband Geremie D. Akers; her daughters, Madalyn Rae and Grace Elizabeth; her siblings, Lisa Roles (Timothy) of Fayetteville, PA, Sean Stottlemyer (April) of Clear Spring, MD and Lena Summers (Keith) of Waynesboro; and her parents-in-law, Steve and Darlene Akers of Greencastle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as a host of extended family and friends.
