He is survived by: his children, Joseph Witmer (Jeneen) of Greencastle, PA, David Witmer (Jennifer) of Waynesboro, PA and Rachel Witmer (Robert Tibbits) of St. Thomas, PA; his granddaughter Adalyn Witmer; his brother Robert Witmer (Terry Roxanne); and his pet Neira.
