He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee C. Daley, Jr. and Naomi L. Daley Fisher (Keller). He is survived by: his wife Delores Daley (Burger); and his sons, Randy Daley (Michelle) of Rome, Van Daley (Cindee) of Burnt Cabins, PA and Clinton Daley (Jen) of Berkley Springs, WV. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
