She is survived by: her husband Dale Fogal of Chambersburg; her daughter Jody L. Gilbert (Randy L.); her grandson Codie L. Gilbert; her brothers, Arnold, David, Ray and Randy Miller; and her stepdaughters, Tina Hoyaux, Amy Schooley, Trudy Fogal and Jennifer Port. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
