It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justine Lynn Harr of Greencastle, Pennsylvania, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donovan Noble and Peggy Lee Branch (Gossard); her half-sister Michelle Branch; and her brother-in-law Dennie Burkett. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Mong of Ventura, CA and Nichole Cole (Matthew) of Greencastle, PA; her grandchildren, Tessa, Asher and Josie; her siblings, Donnie Branch (Sandy), Deanna Burkett, Debbie Bonebrake (Allen) and Alan Branch (Kathy); and her stepmother Jane Branch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
