Mills and Gloria Miller (Shoemaker); his wife Christine Mills (Bumbaugh); his children, Cheryl Funk (Corey), Candin Mills of Mercersburg, PA and Amanda Wagner (Gary); his siblings, James Mills (Melinda, Hagerstown, MD), Lorri Pollock (Troy, Williamsport, MD), Robin Mills and Martinsburg; his nephew Ryan Mills; and his niece Beth Moser. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
