He is survived by: his significant other Mary A. Ballard; his children, Gerald A. Ballard, John E. Ballard, Jennifer M. Fretter (Aaron), Sarah E. Ballard (Robert), Sandra A. Johnston (Thomas), Michael J. Ballard (Sheila), Ashley N. Winters (Thomas) and Cassandra L. Brake (Charles); his grandchildren, Noah, Charlene, Gabriel, Raphael, Angela, Rieder, Sierra, Kyleigh, Logan, Tommy, Alexa, Olivia, Parker, Kade, Kole, Jamesyn, Cohen, Kenna, Tessa and Johnny; and his siblings, Daniel Ballard (Diane), Jeffrey Ballard (Robin) and Judy Stout (Cary). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
