He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hartman and Virginia Hartman (Rosenberry). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen E. Hartman (West); his stepchildren, David Mickey (Jeri) of Marion and Melody Mickey (Tom); his grandchildren, Morgan and Kelby; and his siblings, John Hartman (Barb) of Fort Loudon, Jan Wilson of Woodbine, MD and Tina Stoy (Roger) of Fort Loudon.
