She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Frazier and Evelyn Frazier (Blakemore); her husband John Garns; her sons, Jimmy Garns and Randy Garns; and her siblings, Frank Frazier, Eddie Frazier, Thelma Baggs, Marie Pasternak, Lucille Haines and Ellnetta Buckingham.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Jeremiah Garns (Amber) and Matthew Garns (Kim); and her siblings, Wilson Frazier (Margaret) and Mary Jo Edwards. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
