He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred C. Timmons and Nellie R. Timmons (Mullenix); and his children, Tony Lee Timmons and Sharon Y. Rhodes (Timmons). He is survived by: his wife Shirley P. Timmons (Ebersole); his children, James C. Timmons, Jr. (Pam), Rodney E. Timmons (Mickki) and Kimberly S. Waltz (Rusty); and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and one great grandchild.
